can you get them from high street shops and if so which ones?

i got hydrogel dressings on prescription, they do circular 10cm ones which are great.

is this for broccolispears? i think they are mainly online. boots used to order the hydrogels for me, 24hrs. those silverette thingies are also meant to be excellent. jelonet will also do it, stocked in most chemists but is a bit messy.
