Can you use Avent Airflex teats on MAM Transition Trainers?

Bought the MAM bottle when out today (having forgotten to bring milk out! First time in 9 months ) but DS doesn't seem that keen on it. So I also bought a pack of Avent teats to make it more like a bottle, but before I open them and potentially waste £4 does anyone know whether they're compatible? Thanks

I think avent teats only fit avent bottles as they have some special lip bit on them. Other wide necked teats tend to fit avent bottles but the avent teats seem just to fit the avent bottles.
