14 week old - should I persevere with the bottle or try a cup?

My ds refuses to take a bottle of EBM despite having taken one a few weeks ago. I've been reading other threads so realise this is a common problem.

Just wondering whether to keep trying the bottle (he screams as if being murdered) or whether to wait a few weeks and get the doidy cup which lots of mumsnetters seem to recommend?

At the moment I can't imagine him being co-ordinated enough to hold a cup and drink from it. Will he really be able to do this at 4 months?

no advice, but will watch closely as am having same problem. Did read that the mother mustn't give it, cos lo might accept it from someone else but not when there's mummy's breasts on offer. think i'll just wait for the doidy cup moment
