Benefits of breastfeeding

I remember seeing a little while ago on MN a list of the benefits of breastfeeding over a period of time, broken down into days, weeks and months. Does anyone have a copy of that handy please?

I think it was to show that breastfeeding for any amount of time was beneficial to baby and mum.
