Medela Swing breast pump/ Born Free steriliser compatible/ recommended

I am trying to work my way through the minefield that is possible breastfeed express kit. I've read through the product reviews, does anyone have both these items are they compatible/ recommended. Also, does the medela pump come with the bottles teats needed? Or do I need to purchase these seperately do you know? Thanks in advance.

the parts of the breast pump should fit into most sterilisers - my medela pump bits fitted into my avent steriliser - can't help with the bottle teats question - I expressed into the little medela bottles with the yellow lid and then just decanted from there.
