I must have eaten something yesterday that's given me dreadful wind (shocking farts )
3 week ds has curdled cottage cheese sick and isnt sleeping

Possibly, but not necessarily. If it's a toxin, it won't have gone through in your milk.

I think it would, I remember when I was bf that books advised against certain foods that might cause this.
