Hello
DS is now 14 weeks old. I exclusively breastfed until he was 8 weeks old and then added a bottle of formula for the last feed at night. However, have been slowly supplementing more feeds with formula and am now currently only bf for the first feed of the day. DS is very happy and settled and sleeps 7-8 hours at night. However, I keep having moments of guilt and feel that I should and want to go back to mainly bf (keeping formula for last feed at night still). What is the best way to do this? I don't really want to rent or buy a hospital grade pump so is the best way just to let him bf every feed? How long will it take for my supply to reach his demands? Would you encourage the use of fenugreek? What about Domperidone? My friend suggested Domperidone but how do you get it if GP won't prescribe and how much should you take?
