have never believed that what I eat affects breastmilk. But today he's had 3 poos in 12 hours instead of the usual 1 per 24-36 hours. And yesterday I had beans for lunch and lentil pie for tea. coincidence or...

ds no more active today than average. coincidence is good - otherwise I'd be tempted to regulate my lentil, donut and jaffacake intake according to activities planned next day, which could get far too complicated
