Mucus in 3 month EBF baby poo - allergy or something else? (Sorry nappy pic included!)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted some advice on those who have been through CMPA/ allergies/intolerances.

My 3 month old son has started having wet poos with some mucus in it for about 2 weeks now. He also has had a blocked nose.

He is EBF. He has no rashes, no ezcema, no cradle cap. He sleeps really well and comfortably at night and for naps during the day. He is a very chilled and content boy and never shows discomfort whilst pooing/after feeding. No signs of colic either.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced their child with mucus in poo and blocked nose and it’s turned out to be an allergy or intolerance?

Am I being a worry mum?

I don’t think the GP will do much at this stage as there no other symptoms.

Any advice/experiences are really appreciated!
