3 month BF baby screams during 2nd half of feed- help

Evening everyone

My 3 month DD gets angry during the later part of her feed. This happens at any time of day but not at every feed. I feed her on one boob until she comes off, then I wind her on my knee and on my shoulder and then change her nappy. When I try to feed her following that she screams, stretches her little body into a stiff plank and shouts some more. I try winding her again, nothing comes out, and even if you put her down on the bed or lay her on your lap she screams and stiffens up. Offering the other boob prompts a similar response. I thought it might be cos she's full but she usually keeps her mouth closed or turns her head when that happens. The only thing she likes is being laid against my shoulder for ages. Do you reckon it's the feeding or the position that might be causing her to be cross? Any advice would be fab- and if there's any alternative winding positions to the lap/shoulder thing.

thanks

Try just putting her straight to the other breast? Missing out the winding and nappy change? It might be the prolonged gap that irritates her?
