Infant feeding

If making bottles to order ie not in advance would you sterilize them fr a 7mth old baby?

I always did upto about 11 months not sure if the health visitors have changed what they advise now. My children are 3 and eight and I always did

Unless they've gone through a dishwasher I think you should.

I did up t a year, as ds1 got stomache bug 1st wk no breast milk. did him 8 mnths. You can sterilise bottles and fill with boiled water leave in fridge, add formula when needed for those nighttime too early in am. i heated in microwave 40 secs. fine

i didn't sterilize bottles at that age,but we only used the bottle bit to measure water from kettle and mix powder. He drank from a cup. We didn't use the teat which is prob the bit that needs sterilizing most.(we used a dishwasher to clean bottles and were obsessed with rinsing out bottles under hot tap as soon as we made up milk to avoid bits of milk lucking in bottle.
