how soon does food/drink show in bm

trying to figure out if dd is having any reactions to what I eat. so does anybody know how long after i have eaten something that it goes through to bm

Hi Mum2, what you eat and drink shouldn't really have any effect at all - take a look at this very good website for all things bf
In brief, it says: "There are NO foods that you should avoid simply because you are breastfeeding"
