Any good book to read te breastfeeding?

Just that really want to be as informed as possible and wondered what you'd recommend to educate myself?

Breast is best was the go to book 25 years ago! Not sure if it's up to date now, but I exclusively BF both my kids for a total of 5 years with its help.

The politics of breastfeeding is excellent.

The Positive Breastfeeding Book by Professor Amy Brown is brilliant. Practical, empowering and based on actual evidence!

Another vote for the Motherly Art of Breastfeeding. Ridiculous title, brilliant book. Also Sweet Sleep , also by La Leche League, is a great followup read which genuinely saved my sanity.
