"more milk" capsules - anyone used them - any advice?

I have ordered a box of these but not sure whether to take them or not - tried motilium but couldn't feel any difference - BFC has never been sure if my supply is an issue anyway - is there any harm in using "more milk" if my supply is actually ok?
Thanks!

I used the More Milk Special Blend ticture and started majorly overproducing. My letdown was VERY powerful dd struggled to keep up with the force of it. I would squirt everywhere when letting down. I also got mastitis twice as a result of over supply and continueing to take the tincture. i knew i have tonnes of milk but kept taking it dd was gaining around 10oz p/w

Out of interest, what makes you think you don't have enough milk? It's a really common worry, but if everything is going OK then I wouldn't worry.

With DS I was convinced I didn't have enough as he was so grouchy, wanting to feed a lot, colicky etc etc. So I expressed and did breast compressions and all sorts to get a great supply. It was only when I did training for peer support, a year later, that I realised I probably had OVER supply. With DD I recognised it straight away and took measures to lower my supply and she was happier. I'm not saying you have oversupply, but unless something points to you not having enough I don't think it's worth worrying about, or spending money on somthing that may or may not work.
