Advice for a breastfeeding mother of twins / breast lump

Hello I am looking for some advice please, I have EBF my twins, they are now 10 months old. Unfortunately I found a lump in my breast several weeks ago. I had a scan the other day, had it aspirated, it's not milk. They need to biopsy which I've booked in for Tuesday. My problem is I've been told you cannot breastfeed for 24 hours after a biopsy. My twins are very attached to me, they feed to sleep, Co sleep and I'm wondering how to get through the torturous 24 hours of declining them their precious boobie? I tried sleep training a while back, but I'm sure you can appreciate how difficult that can be with multiples, I'd always end up with them both falling asleep on me before I could move and I don't feel comfortable leaving them go cry. I am going to pump so they have all the milk they need from bottles. They do not use dummies but I'm considering this might have to be an option. Any advice is welcome. Thank you

Do you have a partner who is able to settle them without feeding etc and can they co sleep with them for the night. Honestly if it’s just one night I would stay with a friend/family/hotel and leave them to it. If they know you’re not there and there’s no milk they might accept it more easily than you actually refusing. Plus you get a night off!

Thank you @MotherOfDragon20 at first I read this and thought yeah I wish but after speaking with my partner we've decided that's exactly what we're going to do. I'm booking the hotel now! Not had a night off since they were born! I will worry constantly but it's only one night, I'm sure he will manage. Thanks again
