change in bowel habit in 13 week breastfed baby

I am not sure if this is one problem or two but thought I would start here. My DD was 4 weeks early and has always had about 7 pooey nappies every day. In the last 48 hours she has only had little bits of poo in about 4 nappies and none overnight. I would be happy that this is just her bowels settling into a more normal pattern but over the same period of time she has become more grouchy and last night hardly slept at all -she is normally a brilliant sleeper. When I look up breast feeding and poo there is lots on how any pattern is normal but nothing on change of bowel habit. She is eating well and has lots of wet nappies, looks well and is still smiling in between grouchy bouts . I am not sure if the grouchiness is unrelated -?growth spurt ?teething ?viral illness- or if she is in pain from not pooing. I have just given calpol and she slept quite well but is screaming again right now. would be grateful for any thoughts/suggestions. have already d/w practice nurse who thought didn't warrant trip to GP yet. Thanks

thank you for reassurance! am just so used to her pooing continually that this has been a bit unexpected. am beginning to think her grouchiness is unrelated- am just counting the hours til her dad gets home!
