He's finally calmed down and I'm worried!

After 3 weeks of squawking and feeding every hour, my 3 week old dc last night slept for eight hours, woke and had a good feed (both breasts - took almost an hour) and after a small awake period has gone back to sleep in his bouncy chair. He has NEVER been this settled from the day he arrived.

Naturally instead of counting my blessings, I am fretting....

Anyone else experienced this???

xx

yes, with DD. We're never happy are we? When she finally started sleeping for longer periods I was constantly tempted to prod her in case there was something wrong. As long as he's feeding well, not agitated or seeming unwell when he's awake then I'm sure everything is fine. 3 weeks of constant feeding and crying take their toll on him as well as you so he's probaly catching up on some well earned sleep. Have a cup of tea and try not to keep staring at him
