How long will my antibiotics affect my BF baby?

I finished a course a week ago. During the course DD's bowels were up the spout as I expected. However things still haven't gone back to normal and she is doing explosive poos during every feed (used to be once a day or even two days). Seems happy and healthy otherwise but it's not ideal interrupting feeds to change her (and I have a huuuuuge mountain of nappies to wash!)

Does anyone know how long she might continue to be disrupted like this?

The half life of antibiotics is very short - within about six hours there's pretty much nothing there. How old is she? It might just be that things have changed with her digestion independent of the antibiotics. I also took a course recently and thought they were making DD sicky but she is still sick quite often, I think probably I was imagining a link that wasn't there because I was feeling a bit guilty about the possibility they might affect her.

thanks, interesting- she's 5 months.
maybe it's a bug she's picked up instead of the ABs. very annoying though!
