DS small at 14 weeks and moving down percentiles. At a loss

Hi all

Really down and at a loss, DS was born 6lb 4. EBF from start and was going well, he was up to the 25th percentile at one point.

Unfortunately BF is getting more difficult now (unknown reasons) I seem to have an excessively fast flow (genuinely can hand express for 15 minutes and still have shooting jets out of my nipples) making it hard for LO to stay on without getting upset and refusing the breast.

I have tried reclined and laid down feeding, side feeding, compression and scissor finger around the nipple, expressing (see above issue) and nothing works.

We went for a weigh in today and he is only 11lb 9 and has only gained 6oz in 4 weeks.

HV is concerned he is dropping percentiles but has given zero advice and just books me in for a reweigh.

I have tried pumping today and giving DS bottles but really want to carry on BF. Not sure where to go from here. Find pumping very stressful and never seem to get much out towards the end of the day even though I know I probably have oversupply and can pump around 8oz in the morning.

Do i give up? LO is sporadic with bottle taking as it is and I feel like a bit of a failure. Just want him to grow!

Otherwise his development is fine, he's a smiley little thing (unless overtired) and grasping away at things

Just realised I didn't mention, generally LO is up every 2/3 hours in the night. Sometimes I get a 4 hour stretch at the start. I've tried dreamfeeding tonight but he's had none of it

How often is he feeding during the day?
