Baby rejecting bottle at 3 months

I started introducing my baby to the bottle at about 3 weeks old every couple of days (I was pumping and could only get out an ounce or two at a time...not fun!). Anyways, we would give him a bottle of milk every few days even though it was only a bit, just to make sure he was familiar with the bottle. At 2.5 months, I kind of stopped doing this as I got unmotivated and debated using formula instead. When he turned 3 months, I tried to feed him a bottle again (this time formula) but he wouldn't take it. I also started pumping more (ironic) so would try the breastmilk as well...no luck. My husband has tried feeding him..in his normal feeding space as well as other spots in the room. Some people say to let him get really hungry and he'd take it..I feel bad though. Will my baby ever take a bottle again? I don't want to give up but I would like a little space/freedom from my baby sometimes. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, what were your results?

Hi Nessa... I am in exactly the same position as you except my DD2 is slightly older (17 weeks). I had planned to start mix feeding one FF at a time but she suddenly won't even take EBM from a bottle.

At the moment I'm trying a variety of different teats but without any6 luck so far.

Bumping this in case anyone can offer some advice!
