water for a 7 month old, am i supposed to give boiled and cooled or tap?

Tap is just fine once they're 6 months.

i stick with cooled boiled til 12mo

Tap is fine after 6 months - at this age they start picking stuff up & putting it in their mouths so no point in boiling

tap water is fine as a drink from 6 months but if you use formula you should still boil it for that.
