How long will breast milk last once out of the fridge?

just wondering as I know that formula milk lasts about an hour once it's made up and out of the fridge. I'm hoping BM lasts longer than that!

Also, how long does it last in the fridge if it's been defrosted?

To thaw milk

Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (this takes about 12 hours ? try putting it in the fridge the night before you need it). Avoid letting milk sit out at room temperature to thaw.
For quicker thawing, hold container under running water - start cool and gradually increase temperature.
Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing. Do not refreeze.

thanks racers - don't suppose you also know how long BM lasts once it's in the bottle? Say I wanted to take a bottle out for a day trip or similar - how long would it last?
