Teats for Cow and Gate comfort milk - which ones do you need?

The carton says to get the variable flow teats, but I just want to try the milk to see if it helps. Do you really need to get the different teats, or will a 1+ avent teat be OK?

I never used it but it is thicker and you will probably need a faster teat. The only problem with avent teats is that rather than having 1 hole that gets bigger, they have more holes for faster flow rates whereas their variable flow ones have a slit instead. All you can do is try the teats you have and see if your lo manages to suck the milk out ok. If they take ages to drink it and get frustrated or fall asleep on the bottle more often then a faster one would be better
