if im expressing 3 or 4 times in say an hour or so,do i have to wash and steralise the pump each time ?

im only getting 2oz a go so ill pro have to express 4 times to get nough for a feed, i can only express at night as if i do it in the am, dd gets constipated its as if ive taken away her milk, so i express at night to get the left overs

but my boobs only every express a small amount at a time grrrr

I used to just keep it in the fridge for that length of time

I used to wrap mine in a new plastic food bag and stick it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Never did ds2 any harm!

Yes, fine to keep the pump in the fridge.
Robin, if you keep expressing at the same time every day, eventually, you will build up more of a supply at that time.
