My boobs have got pins and needles type tingly pain - is this normal?

Every so often during the day (normally, it has to be said, a couple of hours after a feed when boobs are probably 'filling up' again), my boobs get a really nasty tingly pain in them. It's not every day and it's not before every feed time, but just wondered if anyone else had this?

Totally normal it is the 'let down' reflex of milk coming into the ducts. I got it loads , even a random baby crying in a shop would set it off!
