never herad of it. I looked at the Herbal Remedies on breastfeeding heaven and none of them contain agnus castus either..

Agnus castus is to be avoided during bfeeding. I can't remember the official reason but it's not advised at all.

Good herbal galactogogues are: fenugreek, cumin, fennel and this verbena type herb I can't for the life of me remember (but it was foul to drink). Alternatively a good curry works wonders and tastes so much better.

yummy, main thing to increase milk supply is frequent, effective removal of milk from the breast (expressing if baby not able to do this often/well enough)....the right herbs won;t harm, but nothing will work if the main thing isn't being done.

yummy ive used the moremilk plus and personally i did find it increased milk supply, although it does taste and look like pond slime, also have you tried eatting oats ? that worked for me too

but yes feeding frequently and effectivly is the main thing to do.

Hadn't heard about agnus castus, but milk thistle is another one to use alongside fenugreek.
