Breastfeeding

FTM here my DD is breastfeeding. My DH and I are going on a spa afternoon next week. Am I able to use the steamroom and sauna as I am breastfeeding?

DD is with a friend so I won't actually be breastfeeding at the spa but obviously I will be feeding her while away.

I keep hydrated and will be taking a large bottle of water with me to keep me hydrated while there.

I'm not completely sure but I think that hydration would just be key for you.

Yes. Just stay hydrated and stay within the 20min per session limit in a hot spa or hot sauna or whatever is posted. The 20mins is an average but changes up or down depending on the temperature they keep them at.
