Mam teat sizes

As the title says when I try to feed him with a size 1 teat he loses his s*t and gets so angry. When his dad uses size one he manages to get a good amount in him. Sometimes when I use size 1 no issues. Feel like size 1 is too big still and causing him to take in more air leaving him with trapped wind. Wish there was a size in-between 0 and 1. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? For context baby was born quite small and he's only just 4kg at 5 weeks. I don't think he's ready for size 1 but dad gets bored with flow of 0. I find using a 1 takes longer as he gets upset

I feel exactly the same! Wish there was a size between 0-1. Our 2 week old has reflux so sometimes I do think the 1 is far too fast but the 0 is definitely too slow and he was having to work hard to get the milk out and falling asleep after drinking barely any. So we’re sticking to the size 1 to make sure he’s fed and getting the right amount of milk and then taking a good 30 minutes afterwards holding him upright and trying to wind between and after feeds to reduce reflux and discomfort. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s an ideal solution but I try to focus on making sure he drinks enough overall and deal the trapped wind as best I can!
