Advice about making porridge with breastmilk?

Just started weaning (a sort of blw/whatever works stylee) and wanted to give dd some millet porridge today. I'd like to make it with breastmilk - question is do I just make it with water and add breastmilk after to cool it down or do I make it with breastmilk and heat the breastmilk to make the porridge?

When I made porridge I made it with water and addded milk after.
Hope that helps

no help on the porridge making I'm afraid - but I can equate with your "sort of blw/whatever works style" of weaning LOL.
