What if ds whats feed whilst drinking a glass or two ? do you think 3 hour break before feeding again is best for does it not matter ?

Really, you can drink and bf at the same time! Just dont drink so you would be so drunk you couldnt walk etc.

Have you really gone a year without drinking?

I drink carling c2, tastes like lager, only 1 unit per can

The only info I can remember off the top of my head is that it takes around 20units of alcohol in your system before it affects baby, so a few beers or glasses of wine are no problem, even if you feed straight away.

Carlsburg 0.5% is nice had cava also and didnt feel any effects as havent drunk for a year .

I got through Christmas fuelled by sherry, port, brandy, cava and Bailey's. I'd never have had time to drink all that if I was busy pumping and dumping
