I have a horrid cold and cough, what can I take when bf?

I know paracetamol and ibuprofen are fine. What about decongestant tablets? Or the ones you spray up your nose? And cough medicine?

DD is 10 months if that makes any difference. Though she probably still feeds more than most newborns

I think a no to decongestants and the cough medicines are OK as long as they are just the "linctus" ones - i.e. not anyting powerful!

Don't know about sprays

ah, you should come back over :-) I have to say that I lurk more than posting these days as I'm usually just moaning about DDs sleep (or lack of) and probably just make everyone miserable lol
