It only happens with my right nipple. Last night DD had fallen asleep at the breast and I had not realized (Reading a very good book ) and when I had looked down my nipple was literally squirting milk everywhere

It went all over DD and I had to change her, yet again!!!!

i had this....sometimes it would happen on my other breast, but not often, you must just have a quicker let-down on that side to the other, and as baby drops off mid-feed your breast is still trying to get all the milk out!!!

So it's normal then Poor DD gets a right face full if I don't realize that she has come off!!!!

I had this with both boobs. If you push the nipple back into the boob IYSWIM it stops it, or at least slows the flow a bit.

Thanks VP, I will give that a try.
Very funny the first time it happened, I didn't have a muslin cloth near me (I usually do, just in case) and it was going EVERYWHERE!! I couldn't do anything for laughing so much.
