I've left made up bottles and left them in cold water all day - should I use them or not?

I know, I know, we shouldn't be making up bottles but we do it the old fashioned way and store them at the back of the fridge! (apart from when we got out, I do it the new way with just water in the bottle and make them up when we need them).

Anyway, I left three bottles in cold water this morning, intending to put them in the fridge before we went out. We've just got in and thankfully I've still got a (not made-up) bottle for this next feed. But should I re-do the ones in the sink being as the water is still really cold or should I make a fresh load up? Isn't it the same as being in the fridge?

I would throw them and make new ones.

The more I think about it, the more I think I'd better do that - better safe than sorry! Thanks
