BF still hurting 2wks after clamping incident - normal?

In a scene reminiscent of the 1st Jaws movie, DS (9m) proudly practised using his shiny 4 teeth on my nipple. (Yes, there were tears - no they weren't his). now 2 wks on, it's still absolute agony whilst feeding. He only has BF at night now, so expressing isn't an option and i don't want to just feed on the other boob and buggar up my supply, as until he gives up the night feeds I'm not prepared to actually get out of bed to make formula up to feed.

He drew blood at the time (so he lost his bedtime feed to formula from the next night onwards, as he hasn't responded that well to the gentle but firm no) and nipple still has a small red lump where it happened and scab (sorry for gross detail). Pain is like the early days when he first went on, like he is chewing glass on my nipple, but it lasts through the whole feed.

anybody know if this sounds normal and is just the milk passing through the wound or does it sound like maybe an infection? don't want to flash the GP unneccesarily! TIA.
