So I was finishing off doing the regular clean,

After getting to the last stage, replacing the filter and putting in cold water, the machine wouldn't dispense any water once I pressed the button then turned off. Now it won't go back on...

This happened to anyone else or have I just broken it?

I can’t find my receipt and obviously the box is gone it was only bought on the 30th June but my LO is only 12days old 😭

Try holding the filter button for 20 seconds and then switching the machine off for a few mins. My friend had the same issue a while back and I phoned TT who advised that, it did a hard reset and fixed it.

@Cmellon for now make up a batch of bottles and put them in the fridge, heat in a cup of boiling water for 3 mins (ish) before testing temp on wrist and giving to baby. The NHS says not to do this but then contradict themselves saying you can do this if travelling. I wish I'd been there more confident to do this with my newborn it'd saved me a a lot of stress and anxiety... It's totally safe... My LO is on prescription milk and it evenings says on the the tin you can do 24"hr batches it's just nothing the preferred option... Buy in real life with a newborn nothing is perfect you do what you can to survive xxx

This happened to me, I did the full clean and the fuse had blown at the back. Mine wasn't under warranty anymore so my dad replaced the fuse for us and it worked fine again. Message them on Facebook, they're really good and respond quite quickly

That’s what I’m doing it’s not really hassle done it with LB when he was a baby but this time round I’m just more annoyed that it’s happened than anything else

Have you pressed the reset button on the side?
Sometimes it can take a couple of mins
