I have posted a few times before, here and in sleep. My DS is a very unsettled baby, and cries alot. He seems to have some digestive discomfort. We have tried a CO, infacol, colief, gaviscon all to no avail. My HV thinks he'll grow out of his unhappiness when he is able to move around and sit up. I agree with her that a lot of the time he does seem frustrated that he can't play more.

He feeds very quickly, but I do have a fast flow. I can't make him feed any longer, if I try he often bites me and now he has 2 teeth so it hurts!!!

He has started to cry (he doesn't actually wake) roughly every 3 hours in the night for a quick feed, but in the morning he is not that interested. Feeding in the day can be a struggle as he gets easily distracted or cries. I can't feed him in a quiet room as he has 2 older siblings who follow me!!!

Cananyone reassure me that things will settle down and I don't have to do anything drastic re. the night feeding because he'll eventually switch to feeding more in the day?

Last week 2 teeth came through and he has a stinking cold.

Thankyou for reading this.

if he has a cold could it be that his stuffed up nose is making it difficult to feed? fwiw my ds has always fed about every 3 hours in the night, and has only just now started to go longer (he goes 10pm to 6am at nearly 11months) because he's feeding more in the night he might not be as interested in the daytime? i also thought with my ds that because there was too much to look at and see in the daytime, he would top up at night when it was dark and boring!!
