Anti reflux milk preparation

Hi everyone,
We have recently switched to anti reflux milk for our LO.
I'm struggling with the preparation of this when out and about due to the water needing to be a specific temperature. How do you manage this?

We can't use boiling water as it makes the mixture lumpy, but needs to be hot enough for the bacteria.

The instructions on the box say to boil the kettle and wait 45 mins but as you can imagine that's not practical with a hungry baby!

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated!
Thank you.

I know it's not the first choice of bottle preparation but could you make 12 hours worth of bottles and store them at the back of the fridge where it's coolest?
