So, isn't a bit much to still get damaged mipples after over a year of bf????

I'm a seasod bfer I'd a thought, two dcs, fair share of troubles, leading to research, support and solutions. So why is it I still have to periodically put up with bloody damaged nipples when ds feeds?

Is it a hormonal thing? (not restarted periods yet but realise I've still got hormones)
Or is it him teething? or what?

oh bollocks to posting when you're tired and slouched on sofa..
The thread should of course be NIPPLES not mipples, I don't have some weird pet name for my nipples,

It's a pain. I have a gash in my nipple currently due to overzealous 16m old with teeth. I too thought I was past all this stuff. It wears you down though doesn't it.
