Sorry, asked a million times before no doubt, but what can I take for a cold while BFing?

Is it just paracetamol?

I'd normally be swigging that black gunky cough mix you get, popping Sudafed and chewing aspirin.

Baby hasn't succumbed so far but I'm not feeling just great TBH .

Just paracetamol and honey and lemon drink (it works better than you'd think!)
