How long does breastmilk keep after taken from fridge and left out?

I think I just lost 500ml because I forgot to take the bottles from the bag after I got home from work yesterday...

500ml, in fridge for three hours, then out of fridge from 5pm to 2pm the next day (today) in an insulated bag, but without the icepack.

Should I dump it?

Hmm, I think I probably would dump it. Don't beat yourself up over it though.

4hrs at normal room temp was what DTDs neonatal unit used to do.
