Meal plan for 10 month old

I have a 10 month old baby and we're doing a combination of baby led weaning and spoon feeding. Some days she is keener on food than others which is normal, but to get some reassurance I googled "meal plan for 10 month old baby" and found this plan (link below) which included 3 meals and three snacks a day. This is way more than my daughter will currently eat; is this normal? Each meal time takes 1hr from start to finish including kitchen & baby clean up time but not including cooking time (she is a slow eater) so if I move to three meals and three snacks a day we basically will spend the entire day in the kitchen!! That can't be right? Looking for help and advice please www.madeformums.com/baby/baby-weekly-meal-planner-10-months/

That one doesn't evidence based, I think I'd take it with a bit of a pinch of salt.if she's eating 3 good meals a day and isn't hungry, I'd be tempted to stay as you are for now.

You might like this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust as it has sample menus and suggested portion sizes Smile
