Relactation advice

Has anyone managed relactation through pumping only? My daughter is 10.5 months old. I EBF for 6 months then introduced formula because pumping enough for my partner to help with feeding was exhausting me. My daughter went on a nursing strike about a month ago and I gave up, but I'd really like to continue giving her breast milk for another few months if possible. I've been pumping like mad the last three days (but not to any specific schedule - I've just been doing it whenever I sit down for 10-15 minutes) and I'm still producing absolutely nothing 😭 any advice?

Firstly, take the pressure off yourself. You've already done a brilliant thing by bfing her this long & you should be proud of that! If you don't/can't feed her again she's already had huge benefits 🙌

Then if you really want to persist try hand stimulation to get things going before sticking the pump on. Or try latching her and letting her get on with it, look for her being contented rather than worrying about pumping output Thanks

@CorpusCallosum Hi, thanks so much for replying! Unfortunately she still won't go near my boobs so I have to pump if I want to get the supply back up. I'll try hand expressing before pumping (and chilling out 😂)
