Vitamins and breastfeeding

Any advice about vitamins gratefully received.. My 2.5 year old still breastfeeds once a day, at bedtime. She has the recommended NHS healthy start drops, does this mean I shouldn’t take a supplement of my own?! Or would something like the Pregnacare Breastfeeding multivit be okay?

I’m sure I took a breastfeeding supplement for ages but I’ve gotten out of the habit this year and now I can’t remember if it ever overlapped with my DD’s vitamins or not. Am desperate for a boost as we go into Winter!

You certainly should consider vitamin D

I take a multivitamin and an addition Vit D supplement (and a turmeric and black pepper one for anti inflammation or I ache like a bastard, it’s brilliant). DD has a liquid with vit D and whatever else they’re meant to have - it’s designed to meet the nhs guidance for under 5s.
