ok folks - i know this may not sound the most exciting thing to come out of late but--- a new feeding strategy is coming out for consultation on monday. it'll be on the health board site and some HV/ vol sector orgs will be running focus groups. it will decide how money is gonna be spent (or not spent!) in the next few years. it could mean a drastic change to services - for good or bad. i think our opinions and ideas are really important for this.
i was wondering if any of you fancied meeting up to talk over its ideas and do a response??

oh, dur. i see where you've posted it now, weeonion.

natmatt · 26/09/2007 00:46

hi weeonion,

gg and clyde wanted our opinions and input on this.
unfortunately it started before you gave birth

weeonion · 26/09/2007 16:32

thanks natmatt for letting me know. It might be a repeat for some women but i know others hadnt the chance ti input anything. - was the input for ideas to go into this? The bf specialist rang me yesterday to ask about doing a response so that is why i posted here as i knew some other GG women had strong opinions on bf / feeding support.

hi folks - well if you go to
www.nhsgg.org.uk/content/default.asp?page=s929_1_3 it shoudl take you through to the strategy but-- unless i am being a complete eejit - i cant see the actual strategythere - just the questionnaire?

anyhow - does any of you still fancy meeting up to talk it through and do a response??
