ameda lactaline

medela swing.

don't bother with the medela mini. It works but like chalk and cheese once you tried one of the above.

Can Deffo recommend the Avent Isis IQ Duo but it is very expensive. Have never used the Ameda Lactaline but most people on MN who have used it say it is fab! The Avent one is very quiet which was great for work. I believe Medela pumps can be noisy.

Avent Isis Uno or Duo.

The medela mini is crap.

Don't get a boots one: utter shite! Got more milk from a manual tommee tippee freedom pump!

Avent Isis here also - very good.

I had the avent isis uno and used it for several months twice a day. I have to say that it took quite a bit to get used to it because I'd used the avent handpump before that and it pulled a lot harder than the electric. Once I'd got used to it I found it very good. I always found it better to use it freshly sterilised (therefore warm). Used those microwavable sterilising bags. But I think this was the undoing of it because basically the pump section would get milk into it and then it broke. I went back the handpump again but by that time was only using it once a day, carried on for a month or so after that. It was alright actually, used a medical room. It wasn't too great if that was busy and had to use a toilet!

Lactaline here too...I had a Medela one before that was total rubbish. The 'Lactaline' really does the job well.

Medela Swing is very good. I have the pump in style which is the double version of the swing and im able to pump approx 4oz after nursing
