Hello,
Wonder if you can help me...not sure how many oz I should feed my breast fed dd per feed - she was having 5 feeds per day, taking 4-6 oz per feed but has just moved to 4 feeds as she has dropped the 10.30 feed - Now not sure whether to up the amount at the 4 feeds?
I express my breast milk for at least 2 of those feeds and have been feeding her 8 oz per feed and on the breast fed feeds she's been doing 25-30 mins per feed and she is puking quite a bit, so thinking I'm overfeeding to compensate for her dropping the 10.30 feed - please help with any advice...!

Am in no way an expert in BF, but would say at 16 weeks your dd is probably v effective at getting the amount of milk she needs. At that age both my babies rarely fed for more than 5 mins at a time.
