Hard lumps and leaking 11 days after stopping bfing - normal?

I am really surprised/bit concerned that I still have hard lumps in my breasts 11 days after stopping breastfeeding.

All of a sudden I seem to be leaking alot too.

I thought I would be back to normal by now.

Not sure about the lumps JJ, but I am still producing milk over a year after I stopped feeding DD.

jumpy - did you wean slowly or all at once?

i weaned dd very slowly but have also had lumps. enough to send me to the doctor to get them checked. all fine, as it turned out but was worrying at the time.

I did stop rather suddenly - she was only feeding 2 times in the day (and small amounts) and at bedtime. DD started biting repeatedly so I felt it was time to stop.

I was really sore for a couple of days then it settled down but now I just have lumps and leakage!
