No didn't get around to it

I did indeed pop, the whole thing was over in one hour and the 2nd midwife didn't even get here in time = no gas and air!

No stitches, tears etc

Can't thank you enough for recommending that Ina May book, I was thinking of it the whole time I was in labour and making sure I was upright and moving around and slack jawed etc

the ina may book is legendary....a friend recently had a baby, and she said afterwards she was thinking of the ina may words of wisdom too !! i had lent it to her, when she was having a bit of a pre baby freak out !!
