Baby still can’t stick out tongue after tongue tie revision

DS (12 weeks) had his tongue tie revised for the second time last week. Feeding feels better but he still can’t stick out his tongue beyond his lips. For those who’ve had tongue tie snips, how long did it take your babies to learn how to poke out their tongue after the procedure?

Just to add, feeding does feel slightly better although I know it’ll take him a good few weeks to re-learn his latch!
