I am 36wks +4 and hope to bf - should I use body creams over my nipples when breastfeeding or does it affect baby's taste/smell?

dont use them on the nipples.

you can squeeze little bm out and moisturise hem with tat - is amazingly healing stuff.

or if they arecracked and sore while getting the hang of bf'ing, you can put lansinih cream on... doesnt need to be washed off.

good luck and enjy! (i miss bf'ing a bit now)
